fire last night

hi friends,

I've been meaning to write a farm email update for a while, but I kept waiting until we got our whole winter schedule sorted out. At this point, we still haven't totally figured our schedule, but there's a lot of news and info to share, so I'm writing this email and will follow up with more info soon.

In this email:
1. upcoming Swap on December 8
2. Advent candle making and where you can purchase them
3. news about the big stover fire adjacent to the farm

Advent candles

Here's a couple of pictures from our candle making day on Saturday. (ok, the pictures didn't work - i will try again tomorrow)

garlic planting and fall lists

Yesterday was a beautiful day, sunny, with very little wind, and I'm trying to get as much done as possible before things get really cold. Last weekend we got 98% of the garlic planted before Sunday nightfall and rain. Thanks everyone!!!!

There's still so much to do on the farm!!!
If any of you are still interested in helping out on days when the weather is nice,
