Saturday May 14th 10am-noon, Romero House in Ames, Seed and Plant Sharing event - bring any seeds and plants to share and take home some fun new things to plant in your garden. it's ok to just come and get plants even if you don't have any to share - share your company and wonderful selves! We had plenty of plants last year. We will also have our beginning garden kits available to take home. If you are able to label your plants and seeds - that's very helpful!

SCHEDULE CHANGE - NO WORKDAY THIS SATURDAY 4/23
Yes - we are cancelling another saturday work day!! Today, chance of storm all day and the farm is crazy muddy from all the rain we got already. Luckily, we got a lot of urgent things done over the past few days - planted rhubarb, asparagus, and blackberries, and we are going to wait to plant most of our spring crops until the soil warms up some more - probably early May. IT's been a weird COLD spring!
SCHEDULE CHANGE - NO WORKDAY THIS SATURDAY 4/16
We are excited to talk about Food and Community! Amy Miller and Alice will be presenting with Ajay Nair on tuesday april 19th. (it will be Kale, chard, broccolini, and maybe something else)
