Dear friends,
thank you all for all the ways you have helped the Mustard Seed Community Farm this season! We are really grateful to you all!
Winter is coming, and we at the farm are not fully prepared for it, so i thought i would ask to see if anyone was able to help out during the thanksgiving holiday time.
Nate has been working long hours at the co-op and hasn't been home much during daylight, and Alice has been trying to keep her lungs out of the cold air and so we have gotten behind. A special thank you to all the folks that came out and helped us with construction and garlic planting while Alice was so ridiculously sick. I am feeling much better now and am hoping to get all caught up in the next 10 days.
while many are gone during the holidays, i thought there was a chance that some people might have extra time and be excited about a farm adventure. maybe it could be a fun family gratitude activity??
Friday nov 24, 1-4pm, you are invited to help out at the farm!
please RSVP if you are interested; because plans might change if the weather is not as nice as the current forecast. Also let me know if might be interested in helping a different time, like tuesday or saturday afternoon and we can plan accordingly.
