FARMERS' MARKET
We will be at the ames downtown farmers market for 6 saturdays, beginning May 19, ending June 23. The market is from about 8am-noon. We will again be selling native prairie plants, crafts, and a few vegetables. For a listing of our prairie plants, please check out our website, mustardseedfarm.org. (don't look tonight - i'm going to post them tomorrow)
I've heard that the City of Ames has a cool program to reimburse people for the cost of planting native pollinator plants. please check it out:
You have to fill out the application and have it approved before you purchase seeds or plants.
