Come join us at Reliable Street this Saturday, 12:30–2:30, to celebrate corn (as a food)! Feel free to bring whatever corn-involved snacks you like and dig into a bowl of Three Sister's Stew (BYO bowl & spoon). Then, settle in for a short overview of some corny history and cultural significance—and maybe feel inspired to create something during a flash writing workshop. We'll also learn how to cook with the stuff through culinary discussions and hands-on processing & preparation demos, and there will be corn available to take home if you want to keep experimenting.
