FLOWER EVENT TODAY
Today, AUGUST 5, 5:30pm - Potluck and Flower Arranging. Join us on the farm for potluck dinner and a wonderful evening of picking flowers and learning flower arranging design techniques from flower team leaders, Anya, Jen, (and maybe more?). Flowers are already these magical masterpieces of the plant world and we get to be creative and expressive with gathering them together! (Bring your own vase if possible)

WORK DAY SATURDAY AUG 12
8am-noon.
Our interns are going back to school and suddenly our daily skilled crew goes from 6 to 1!! Help us get caught up on farm work going into fall. RSVP helpful.

NATURAL DYEING WEEKEND Aug 19 & 20
We're hosting a mini-craft retreat focused on Natural dyeing. The plan is to have the option to stay at the farm for the whole weekend (starting friday night) or to come for particular sessions during the weekend. I'm working on the schedule and hope to share it very soon!! RSVP needed.

SEED SAVING CLASS at Ames Public Library
AUGUST 26, 2-3:30pm - Alice is teaching a seed saving workshop along with the library, Ames Repair Cafe, the Master Gardeners, and the new SEED LIBRARY PROJECT !!
