2. PREHARVEST - Monday and/or Thursday evenings - (5-7:30) RSVP needed.
3. WEEKEND WORKDAYS- planting, harvesting, plant care

Every Tuesday and Friday morning from 7:00-10:00 AM
We are preparing for a seasonal shift in our harvest crew as many of our current volunteers go back to their school year schedules. Are you a returning college student? Are you a parent who has a more flexible schedule during the school year? Are you newly retired and looking for a way to engage with the community? Do you lead a club, student organization, or youth group? We'd love to see you on the farm!

Do you enjoy eating fresh vegetables? Do you want to make new friends and learn new skills? Join us for a Harvest Morning at Mustard Seed Community Farm! Mustard Seed is a volunteer-run organic farm that grows food to share with our community. Every Tuesday and Friday morning from mid–May to mid-October, a group of volunteers called workshares harvest food together. In exchange for your work at harvest, every workshare gets to take home a bountiful box of veggies and herbs, and often fruit and flowers as well. The rest of the produce is delivered to community partners who share it with those in need and to a few members who pay for a box every week.
No experience is necessary! Come join the fun! Most of our volunteers come either on Tuesday or Friday. Some come on a weekly basis and others just drop in once and awhile. Visit our Workshares page to learn more!
