hi friends,
It's time to start planting!!The weather and the soil are starting to warm up.  It's still early, but it's time to start planting our earliest things, like spinach, some onions, lettuce, peas.  We are looking for help this Friday to prep the beds for these crops, and start getting them planted before the rain chances next week.  We might also do some pruning of raspberries and grapes.

Friday 3/27:10am-noon - bed prep and planting
1-4pm - bed prep, planting, and pruning
LUnch (noon-1pm) If you want to come for the whole day, please bring a sack lunch to eat because it's too early in the season for us to cook in the outdoor kitchen.

NEXT WEEK: this schedule is subject to change based on weather and the availability of volunteers, but the current plan is:
TUESDAY 3/31: either 10am-noon, or 1-4pm
FRIDAY 4/3:  either 10am-noon, or 1-4pm - planting some potatoes?? Let me know if any of these times work for you.
