The fundraising team warmly invites you to a special FARM-TO-TABLE FUNDRAISING DINNER on Sunday, August 30 at 5 PM on the farm.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind, farm-to-table dinner cooked by our friend and farm team member, Benjamin DuBow. Benjamin was very active in our community from 2020-2023 while living in Ames and studying at Iowa State University and is back with us to be our chef and artist in residence from August 20-September 5. Benjamin is chef, farmer, and writer from New York who is passionate about local food, foraging, food sovereignty, and the deep interconnections between storytelling, cooking, and eating.

This multi-course meal will feature seasonal ingredients from our farm. Each course will be accompanied by stories, history, and ecology about its featured ingredients. We will conclude the evening with a farm tour and wrap up no later than 8 PM.

Proceeds from the fundraising dinner will support our Community Processing Kitchen and hospitality space. Learn more about this project here.
