saturday march 31

It looks like Saturday is going to be COLD (40deg), VERY WINDY (like 40mph gusts) and SUNNY. If that sounds fun to you, come out to the farm between 1and 4pm and we will do some work together. I will not take it personally if you don't come! If no one shows up - I might be working inside the greenhouse (starting seedlings) or the blue house (doing more boring admin). If you show up late and can't find me, try those 2 places or call me (978-471-8414).

We had scheduled a potato planting work day for this coming saturday, march 31 but since
this spring has been much colder than usual, we will not be able to
plant on saturday. the ground is too cold. however, if you
would still like to help out, there will be other jobs to do, mostly
garden clean up in preparation for planting (hopefully we can start
the following week??!).
things to bring: warm clothes, (but in layers for when you warm up),
and shoes that can get muddy. it looks like it will be windy - and
it's always windier out here than in town.

also, it seems like there's a chance of precip for saturday too - it
would be a good idea to check in friday to see what the latest
forecast is. there's nothing urgent enough that we need to work in
cold, windy, and wet.
Check our website mustardseedfarm.org or text me for latest plan or to rsvp.

thanks
