harvest protocols

Here's the new hand-out that Matt Mitchell made for us for our harvest mornings and workshares.
Our pandemic committee has been hard at work trying to figure out how to safely work on the farm with our interns and workshares and we have been practicing these new guidelines for the past month and slowly working up to full harvest crews.

Our regular CSA starts next week, so we plan to start delivering to our paying members, the Primary Health Care Clinic for the Farm to Clinic program, and our gift boxes, in addition to the boxes that will go home with the workers. It's still spring, so the harvest will be lighter, with lots of leafy greens and herbs. Each week going forward, we will have more volume of vegetables and more variety, and we will be able to donate to more locations.
