We are lucky to be part of a community of creative people, so we are sharing announcements of what some of our team are doing:

1. BOOK LAUNCH AND READING - Wednesday Oct 5, 7pm

2. QUILT SHOWING AND SALE - QUILTS and fiber art by Greta Anderson, with 2 guest artists : MYSELF (alice mcgary) and musician Matt Woods

3. CRAFT RETREAT at the farm Fri Oct 21-Sunday Oct 23. Come for the whole time or for parts: we will be both learning new skills and spending quality time creating together. Projects include processing wool into yarn, quilting, natural and chemical dyes (for wool and cottons), garment making, knitting, crochet, weaving, singing, and maybe some square dancing, and more. RSVP needed. Schedule TBA.

4. WINTER ART SHOW - CALL FOR ARTISTS
We are looking for mustard seed community artists who would like to participate in a group art show. Any medium, visual, performance, written, etc. On themes relating to the mission of the farm - for example: ecology, justice, good food for everyone, spirituality, cooperation, care of the planet, community, etc. Please reach out to Alice if you are interested.
